Der schnellste Weg zur Arbeit? Per Bike! Auf asphaltierten Radwegen komme ich nicht nur flott an mein Ziel, sondern auch entspannt. Ich ziehe l\u00e4ssig an den stehenden Autos vorbei und genie\u00dfe den Fahrtwind im Gesicht. Und der R\u00fcckweg hat es meist in sich, denn da gebe ich richtig Gas \u2013 und komme ins Schwitzen, wenn ich mal wieder den l\u00e4ngeren Weg durch Wald und Wiesen nehme und mir eine kleine Extra-Fitness-Einheit g\u00f6nne. Wie gut, dass mein Helm so vielseitig ist wie ich!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n
